Placements
In MB Erasmus praktika our primary focus is quality of placements, hence we put much effort into matching students with potential host companies as well as supporting them throughout whole internship.
- During preparation phase we analyse candidates’ CVs and motivational letters and take careful look at their curriculum and specifics of educational system. Apart from that, we usually run online interviews with each student in order to learn a bit more about their personality, language level, expectations towards the practice etc. This helps to achieve best trainee-company matching results. We also make sure to send details about host companies before before mobility starts.
- Upon arrival we usually organise an orientation seminar. On next workday we always take students to the host companies, show them how to get there by public transport as well as introduce them to their supervisors. We help our clients to get proper signatures on learning agreements, arrange all documentation in accordance to local employment laws.
- During whole internship period we also hold regular monitoring meetings and provide support and mediation in case of adaptation difficulties. We also provide full support in case of accidents, illness, etc. There’s always a person in charge who is available 24/7 online for whatever help might be needed.
